OpenDDS 2.1 released

OCI is happy to announce the release of OpenDDS version 2.1.  OpenDDS is an open source C++ implementation of the OMG Data Distribution Service for Real-time Systems (DDS) specification. In addition to C++, OpenDDS supports Java language bindings and includes a JMS provider implementation.  The new OpenDDS 2.1 release includes new UDP and multicast transport implementations, including support for reliable multicast. A new instrumentation and monitoring application and library are available to enable run-time monitoring of OpenDDS entities and applications. The OpenDDS-Bench performance testing framework has also been improved to help users test OpenDDS performance in their own environments.  OCI's latest performance testing results are also available on-line.  OCI also offers consulting, support, custom development, and training for OpenDDS.  See http://www.opendds.org and http://www.ociweb.com/products/opendds
