The FP7-ADAMS project has prepared a tutorial on the usage of MARTE for de design of applications that run on ARINC 653 platforms. The slides of that tutorial are in the Tutorials section,  but the modeling examples are availale here as an eclipse workspace. You may use the import function of Eclipse to get the complete model.

 
For creating this axample it have been used the version of Papyrus 1.12.3, which you can download from: http://www.papyrusuml.org/home/liblocal/docs/Papyrus/1.12/papyrus-1.12.0/RCPs/Papyrus-1.12.3-win32.x86.zip.

 
Once you have the file unzipped, start it and do Help>Install new software in order to add the MARTE plug-in. You can use the following update site link for that: http://www.papyrusuml.org/home/liblocal/docs/updates/papyrus-extensions
 
In the framework of the discussion for the refinement of the schedule attribute of the GRM:Scheduler, some modeling elements have been added to the MAST analysis tool. A branch to its 1.3.7.8 version, including very basic support for ARINC653 Platforms was developed, here you can find these experimental version of MAST.
