Copyright Permission

Occasionally, a member or partner wishes to include informational segments from OMG documents into presentations or product-specific technical literature. Requests to do so must be submitted to trademarks@omg.org in writing with an explanation of usage intent and must be approved in writing by the OMG. You will be required to credit the appropriate OMG document in your materials and provide notice of copyright ownership.

OMG normally requires the use of entire chapters or segments from OMG specification and documentation. This is to ensure ease of identification and location of appropriate document numbers and between specification versions.
