====== Transition Readiness Assessment Tool ======

The OUSW(R&E) SysML v2 Transition Readiness Assessment Tool is designed to gauge readiness, and in some cases necessity, to transition a program from SysML v1 to the newly improved systems modeling language, SysML v2. This tool is Tier 1 support to help answer the following questions:

1. Should my program transition its SysML v1 model(s) to v2?

2. How ready are we to execute the transition?

3. What next steps can we take to prepare for our transition?

The questions on the assessment were developed based on feedback from actual practitioners, as the most important things to consider before deployment. Upon completion, you will receive a Readiness Score. Once your program can achieve the highest Readiness Score possible, you will be positioned for a smooth, efficient transition process. The results of this assessment do not constitute direction from OUSW(R&E) but are simply suggestions from our SysML v2 Transition Guidance Team.
