==== Purpose ====
The purpose of the MBSE-WIKI Development is to share and promote the best systems engineering practices organized around people, process, and tools. The MBSE-WIKI development was created as part of the February 2010 INCOSE working group.

==== Measure of Success ====

The MBSE Wiki development is successful when:
  - The WIKI activity and challenge team template is used and updated by the INCOSE challenge teams, and the INCOSE activity groups.
  - MBSE Wiki is populated with INCOSE challenge teams, and the INCOSE activity groups information and deliverables.
  - Wiki editing training materials delivered to teams.
