It provides links to work at INCOSE, OMG, and elsewhere to apply OSLC and Linked Data to engineering needs, and to available resources on Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) and to the Linked Data Initiatives of the World Wide Web Consortium, on which OSLC is built.

There is a wealth of information on OSLC and its use of W3C specifications for RDF and Linked Data on the above sites. For more specifics on how OSLC and linked data can solve specific problems of engineering tool integration, see presentations at the recent OMG OSLC Summit, the August 2015 Insight article, and last year's OSLC breakout. For a starting introduction on OSLC for engineering applications, a good place to start is the Introduction to OSLC presentation by Axel Reichwein at the December 2015 OMG OSLC Summit.
A role for which OSLC and linked data may be especially suited is to share systems engineering context data across multiple engineering tools. Roger Burkhart highlighted this potential use case for OSLC in a brief panel presentation at last year's OSLC breakout, and recently in a short talk Challenges of Collaboration through Shared Models. A breakout group at ASSESS 2016 has also discussed the potential standardization of metadata for analysis and simulation models, which could be another potential use case for the data exchange flexibility of OSLC and linked data.
