Systems Engineering Transformation and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Initiative at INCOSE IW 2021 (Jan. 29 - 31)

Continuing on the theme of Transformation of Systems Engineering, this year’s agenda will focus on current practices, advancements and collaborative efforts across the systems modeling community, including:

  • Speakers from leading commercial, government and non-profits
  • Hear current insights and lessons learned from across technology, medical, automotive, aerospace and defense
  • See how modeling is disrupting industries
  • Modeling collaborations with OMG, NAFEMS, OSLC, and others
  • Modeling content from Working Groups such as Ontology, Tool Integration and Model Life Cycle Management, Patterns, System Science and many others across the INCOSE community
  • Status of the SE Transformation products and positioning of the MBSE Initiative as an MBSE incubator
  • Transformation Workshops discussing enterprise preparedness for digital engineering, enablers and roadblocks, human model interaction and more

As in previous years, the MBSE Initiative is an integrated activity occurring over the full duration of the International Workshop. The MBSE Workshop sessions are being held Friday and Saturday according to the schedule below.

We invite you to join us on the cutting-edge of systems engineering for a riveting workshop.

MBSE Workshop Schedule

For registered attendees of the International Workshop, recordings of each day's Zoom meeting will be available for at least some time following the International Workshop. Log in to the Virtual Event online site at https://conference.conflr.com/IW2021, using the credentials that were sent to you by email. To view either the live or recorded version of each day's meeting, navigate to the online Program. A Filter button for the MBSE Workshop is available at the upper right of the Program page to see only the MBSE Workshop sessions.

The entire contents of each day's MBSE Workshop Session is available under the initial Kickoff session of each day. There is no need to navigate to each individual agenda slot following each day's Kickoff. Times of sessions following the Kickoff do not necessarily line up precisely with the originally advertised times.

Links to PDF files of the presentation slides will be added below as they become available. In addition, links to YouTube videos of the Lightning Talks on Friday will be added once they become available following the workshop.

All times below are in Central European Time (CET), which is US Eastern Time + 6 hours.
