**Platform Specific Model (PSM)** A model of a subsystem that includes information about the specific technology that is used in the realization of it on a specific [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:p:platform|platform]], and hence possibly contains elements that are specific to the platform. A view of a system from the platform specific viewpoint, combining the specifications in the PIM with the details that specify how that system uses a particular type of platform
