of said [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:t:topic]], the [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:p:publisher|Publisher]] must be in the same [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:d:domain_dds]] and [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:p:partition]] and 
have a compatible set of [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:q:qos]].
