Technical standards are developed by [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:s:sdo| Standards Organizations]] ((also known as [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:s:sdo| standards body]], [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:s:sdo]], or [[dido:public:ra:xapend:xapend.a_glossary:s:sdo| Standards Setting Organization (SSO)]])).
