[Cha]REVIEW -> Need for overview to explain the Technical Views. Possibly based on DODAF 1.5

The Technical Views are intended to define the various parts and subparts of larger DIDO systems at a high level. It outlines generic parts, subparts and interconnections of those parts and subparts for a DIDO system. For each of those parts or subparts, a list of potential standards, best practices and tools are provided. There are multiple views basically subdivided into two main areas:
