| <p>Wednesday afternoon had a separate special OMG session organized by Karen Shunk: Artificial Intelligence and the Customer Experience. Special speakers included I-Ping Li - Deloitte, Hendrik da Cruz-So1, Marcus Mueller-Basler AG, and Andreas Vogel-SAP.
